Returns are accepted only in cases where the book received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you face any such issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or videos of the issue. This helps us quickly verify and resolve your concern.

Since books are delicate and personal items, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or slight variations in cover design or print that do not affect readability. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Once your request is approved after verification, you may choose between a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that books purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
